It’s rare, but if you’ve received a damaged package or causes items damage, we may ask you submit clear photos outside & inside of the package, we may ask you to return the package back to us. An email contains instruction of insurance claim link will be emailed to you, you must follow the simple step click the link fill out all required filed to verify your claim. We will start to process the replacement or a refund. You will receive a full refund if the item is out of stock. Allow up to 1-5 business days to complete the authorization return process to your original payment, allow up to 2 business days processes to complete the return processes to a store credit. You can email us or leave a note inside your returned package.
Securely packing all returning merchandise. Refund will not be processed if the item comes back gets (further) damaged.
