Read this policy carefully. When you place an order, you have agreed on to this shipping policy. 

Gift box is not included, they are available to purchase by searching gift packing or gift package.  

Package will be shipped and dropped off within 24 hours many times can happen within the same day, cut off by 12 pm. Orders placed after 12 pm will be possibly processed on the following business day, office closed on Sundays & National Holidays. Shipping can be delayed, we cannot rush a package if it is delayed in transit, so please be patient with the delivery, we’re all trying the best to get the package into your hand asap! 

TRACKING

Log in to your account, please register with a valid email address in case we need to reach out to your regarding your order(s), in the past we've found quiet a few false email addresses, you can check tracking status through email that the system send to you on our behalf, or you can login to your account with us check your order history. 

Once an order is placed, you'll get an email confirmation. Once the order is shipped, you'll get another email notification with a tracking number to your package. You can track your order through our website or on the courier website. 

Please please make sure the shipping address is correct with UPS/USPS system, and it is valid when search on Google, please no mistakes, and the last always make sure destination address has someone to receive the package.

If a package is returned back to us, we will email you an invoice with reshipping charge. 

Notify us within 7 days if you have received a defective product, after 7 days merchandise are considered in good condition. We will ship you a replacement or a missing part, or you will be refunded if the item is out of stock. Clear photos of the product & outside of the package are requested when you start your claim. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only offer UPS/USPS Express, mostly the UPS is the most secure way, we do not use DHL or any other shipping companies. Your package will be packed and dropped off within 24 hours to shipping company, allow 2-4 business days in transit if you live in Canada, allow 2-7 business in transit for Europe countries. It is very important for you to fill your address 100% correct, a 100% valid email address and a valid phone number both are required in case the shipping company needs to reach to you. You might be charged additional duties and import taxes when you receive your shipments as import law varies from country to country, some custom borders will ask you to pay a small fee/tax for clearance. Please be noted: Once the package is with the shipping service, we cannot change the shipping priority or the destination address until delivered.
